Membership – Associate Member

Eligible members are those who were previously regular members, but who have retired, left the health care system or are practicing outside of Quebec.

Eligible are those who were previously student members who have graduated and are now seeking employment or practicing medical physics outside the Quebec health care system.

Eligible members are those who meet the eligibility criteria for regular membership, except that they hold a management position (with medical physicists in their staff).

Those who meet the eligibility criteria for regular membership, except that they hold an academic position and practice medical physics in a Quebec hospital or university setting.

Those who practice medical physics in Quebec, but who are not eligible for regular membership, are eligible, with the approval of the Board of Directors.

Those who are eligible may become members upon payment of their annual dues.

Associate members do not have voting rights in the association, but may participate in the activities of the AQPMC and serve on committees. Associate members may not serve on the Board of Directors.
